If the sponsored person has 3 family members (Father, Brother, Sister In Law) then do we need to submit 3 copies of IMM 5406 and IMM 5669 (each person includes his/her details)?

I suggest you read the instructions again. Your parents and siblings do not fill out any forms for your application.
