Anyone got reference letter from Wipro?

Sure, I will help you as much as I can. I have not yet received PR, I have submitted my application on 20th February, so its still time in PR. I was waiting for some other documents.

Regarding reference letter, I'm assuming here that you are an ex-employee of wipro, then you must have an experience letter along with the relieving letter (for wipro experience letter format check - https://www.slideshare.net/NikunjKapadia/wipro-experience-letter-56000626). The experience letter mentions your name, employee id, job title and your experience. The only thing missing in this letter is the full time employment details. You can contact Settlements team- settlements.wividus@wipro.com and Letters offboarding team letters.offboarding@wipro.com and tell them that you need the reference letter on visa format, which should mention that you were a full time employee. Also ask them to mention weekly working hours which they will deny, but you will at least have a proof that you asked them for weekly working hours. Then you can attach this email with other employment proofs. Thus, the format of letter will be the same as wipro Experience letter, but it will have proof that you were a full time employee. They will not add any additional detail in the letter, they clearly stated me that in their email.

For salary details ask settlements team to provide a salary certificate. Then in your employment proofs attach relieving letter, experience letter, salary certificate, payslip for 3-6 months if you have and email in which they deny mentioning weekly working hours. This much information should suffice. If you do not have payslips attach bank statements highlighting salary details . Hope this helps.

I am current employee of wipro..I got my PR..wat I did is got general salary letter from hr..also ask one of my colleague whom I trust to give letter in the format which cic asks...and I sent it and mentioned in LOE tat I cannot get Letter from wipro as it will have bad impact on my job..and I got my PR

I am an ex employee of wipro. Wipro is reluctant in giving me a NOC letter for Canadian immigration. I worked in Wipro from 2010 to 2015

Could you please brief me on how you got the NOC letter so that I would apply for the same and get it

Can u plz ask any colleague of u who used to work with u in wipro at tat time to give u letter mentioning tat u worked with him including role,responsibilities,position etc whatever format cic wants...I have dis only along with salary letter and whatever documents I had from wipro including offer letter...

I worked for Microsoft and unfortunately they have shut down the process in chennai and also in Belapur. Most of those who worked in the process are gone now. I have re requested the referrals team now and will check with them. Also now I need to get the pay slip to support the fact that I worked in wipro from 2010 to 2015

Also one small doubt as I was WASEin so does this count as well in experience letter? As a WASEin we don't get experience letter but testimonial. Below is the format what i have got.

I got my letter few days back. I had an experience letter that i got at the time of exit. Letters offboarding team reprinted the same letter in visa format that do mention that I was a full time employee and for salaray details they provided a separate salary certificate. Hope this helps.

I am an ex-employee of Wipro. Can someone please explain what a salary certificate is? Is it same as paystubs? I sent an email to settlements requesting a salary certificate and they never replied. Is it only for the current employees or also applicable for ex-employees?

I didn’t took reference letter from wipro..I just took letter from wipro that I m employee of wipro since last yrs and getting salary.I took reference letter from my colleague with all the details that Cic requires..I attached my joining letter , pay stubs whatever I had to prove my employment ..plus I wrote a loe that I can’t ask my company directly for reference letter as it can cause negative impact on my job..I already got my PR and I m in Canada now..hope it helps

I mailed them again stating the facts mentioned by you they but again they mailed me saying "Since you were part of full time WASE program, we have shared you the testimonial letter. We don’t mention number of working hours in the letter part. Hence request you to consider the same".

I don't think they will provide me again the testimonial letter stating Full Time.

Hey, I am also currently working in Wipro and do not want to ask for the reference letter. Can you please let me know if the colleague needs to be from the same team or does his/her designation matters? Also, is the person suppose to just sign the letter that we provide him in cic format?
