I am doing soft landing into canada for the final step in PR this weekend. Do i need to get proof of finance? How long does this take at the border?

Just did landing at Peace Arch border. They only ask for passport and COPR but i brought my POF just in case. It took less than 5mins.

Thanks. Were you going to go back to USA? In that case did they let you mail PR card to a canadian address ?

I live in Vancouver so for me it was a flagpole. They asked me to write down a canadian address to receive pr card. It can only be canadian address.
