Yes, there is SINP that I particularly know of which is issuing NOI’s frequently for NOC 1311.
You need to sign up and submit your expression of interest here (www.saskatchewan.ca) wherein you will need to meet minimum 60 points out of 100.
They have been recently issuing NOI’s for those whose points are 69 and above.
Mine is only 62 and hence haven’t received any NOI

Hey do you mind sharing your reference letter for NOC 1311 and besides what other documents you have provided to proof experience
To be honest I have not yet got that from my company.. but I will get it done as and when I will get ITA.. but I can tell u that u can get that format for reference by searching on google
NOC 1311 was on fire last year and is classified under medium demand still. hopefully it will be same like last year. fingers crossed. My wife will be principal applicant with NOC 1311,Msc, family in Alberta(sister) as mine NOC 2131 was rarely picked. just waiting for her WES and IELTS on march 7. hopefully we will all be lucky to get NOI this year.
