Course fee mentioned in offer letter

Hi,

I am applying for the sept 2020 intake for 2 year post graduate diploma. I came to know that I need to submit 1st year fees and I have to show the 2nd year's fee in my account. So I wanted to know do the colleges mentioned whole course fees on letter(2 years fees) or just the first year?
