Hello. My WES evaluation is done and my IELTS results have come. I have masters degree in oral medicine and radiology and my ielts score is 8.5, 7.5, 7 and 7.5. However my husband's WES evaluation is under process and he is yet to give IELTS. Should I create my profile or wait for my husband's wes and ielts??

Hi Monali,
If either of you intends to apply as common-law partners, then you should wait till you received his IELTS and WES results.
The reason for that is those letters each contain a reference code that IRCC will use to check your results on their side.

I need some more clarification for the previous question. Now I have got mine and my husbands WES evaluation, and my IELTs score. However my husband hasn't appeared for IELTS yet and due to certain circumstances he wont be able to give IELTS in near future. Since we have observed a drop in draw scores, I was considering o creating a profile without his IELTS score.. will that cause us to be not equal law partners? Also can you brief me more about us being equal law partners and its significance?. Lastly, would it be possible for us to update his ielts score in the profile later on?

Said observed drops in draw scores concern Provincial Nominees and CEC applicants. As long as the main applicant qualify with required IELTS score and education-wise with a valid ECA, adding a valid provincial nomination would definitely help gather more points and still be considered for the current set of draws. Non-specific draws stopped on March 4th, 2020 so I wouldn't put too much hope on any other programs to receive an invitation right now.
