I am filing for my citizenship and I dont have the original that we have submitted for immigration. What could be the other way around.
Furthermore, my wife didnt appear in IELTS

1. A copy of the IELTs you used for Immigration is fine.
2. Your spouse would either have to submit her diploma stating the instructions were in English or take the L/S portion of IELTs or CEPIP

Can one just include your diploma and say "It was in English" (or French). Do you need the institution to give formal details? I assume there could be an exception for one obtained in an English or French speaking country (US, Canada, England, France, Haiti, Australia, NZ etc...)?

1. No, you have to have institution state the instruction was in English.

If you have done Bachelors with medium of instruction as English , you do not need IELTS
