You and i are in the same boat . I am a feb 8 2019 applicant . I heard it has to be ordered by the sponsor. Is that true? Do you mind sharing how you order those notes , please? Thank you
Yes has to be ordered by the sponsor as the requirement for the ATIP notes is that you need to be a PR or a Canadian citizen to apply. The applicant can sign the representative IMM5744e form and the sponsor has to submit this when he/she applies for the ATIP notes.

You can go to the link below to know how it is ordered. It has not been updated recently but you will get the basic idea of ordering notes.

https://www.canadavisa.com/canada-i...order-gcms-notes-step-by-step-process.513893/

The notes will take 30 days sometimes more as apparently they are over worked there too. :)

All the best and let me know if you hear anything.
I will be approaching the MP of my area shortly.

2 months of reception AOR SA IRCC
1 month biometric medical

4,5 months just for Quebec CSQ....

Mexico or any vo's like that... ? not a chance for 12 months
yeah i waited almost 6 months for my CSQ. absolute joke...

Question: Once you get copr, is there a deadline or time limit that the principal applicant is given to reach Canada?

Regards

Based on : medical expiration / passport expiration ( 6 months prior) , and 10 months range as i've hear from the date of the COPR letter.

If i was the PA i would hurry my butt to get inland when you get the letter lol not taking chances

Well, it's 100% in GCKey (even though technically it should be on this coming Friday the 14th).

That is all... nothing more.

Guys , we'll be a lot to go over the year.... their 80% is NOT working up ! Sorry but nope, takes minimum 3,4 months at a VO to have a turn at processing sometimes even more so... (unless Mississauga which you pass super fast...) , is the reality , but again they will never say those things and rather putting situation on our side as we have "complex situations that takes more time than usual" ... easily to get out of it like that for politicians.... so don't ask them to be fair on us we aren't a priority for the gov it's clear enough.

The vision is now " they gonna enter when we'll be ready...." period. The promise of 12 months is just a super statement for certain groups of ppl, sorry but that's the reality.

Hi.
I am new on the forum but I applied for my husband's PR exactly a year ago, and it has been at the LVO since November 20th. The GCMS notes that i received in December said that he had passed the BG check and was waiting to have his security and eligibility done.

Does anyone have any idea as to how long this process takes? Its certainly a lot of anxiety and wait!

This message is for all that are living the Valentine day without their spouse today or similar. This process is terribly crual and they really have no intention to make it a change at all unfortunately. In this difficult moment , we have to stay united with our spouse that is living outland and showing this person all of our love so it feels included.

I've promised my wife she was living her last Valentine apart there and that she would celebrate it nicely in here and i'm gonna push at it , be sure of it. for some of us , we are in confort zone in Canada, not missing of food as sponsor , having a good house ,a good job and all but would be important not to forget that the person we have chosen is rarely in the same conditions. On both side it's having life on "stand-by" and i believe it's even tougher to keep moving ahead when you don't have access to all you need at foreign.

So to all married and couples , it's a really difficult period for mental but in soon all this gonna be history, Don't give up you guys

Happy Valentine day !

Unfortunately not clear how long security checks will take. From what country is the PA? Obviously some countries will have more serious security checks than others. It can be quite lengthy.
