Capis note not arrived

Hello all,

I’ve applied for caips note on 12/10/2019. Later on I got mail that it will take upto 90-120 days to arrive. Today on 12/02/2020 it complete 120 days but still capis note not arrived.

Anybody faced same issue as me? Then revert me back with your case.

Write to them and follow up.
I have requested for notes twice and had to send them reminders post 60 days to get it.

I applied for notes in october. In dec/jan got a letter back to have my husband sign that i am a representative. No notes back as of February, so i contacted them with the file #.
I got a response back from them saying that my email was not on file, it has a different last name and they will NOT be responding to that email address again.
I had to write back to them and let them know that the email WAS the one used to apply for the notes, is recorded as my husband's email in our application, and the last name attributed to the email IS MY MARRIED name, my husband's last name, and that they had sent the use of rep form to that email address. Had to give my head a shake.
I hope you (and I) get the notes soon.

Send them a reminder every second day, that is how i received my notes past the 60 day deadline.
