PCC itself is valid for 1 year.. while submitting to IRCC or any other agency it should not be more than 6 months old.. so that to whom it is being submitted, they have minimum 6 moths validity of the PCC..

Agree but for countries you left and have not come back, IRCC will accept expired pcc if it issued after the last date you stayed there


Some countries put expiry dates on their police certificates. If you have a police certificate that expired, include it. We’ll accept it if:

• it was issued after the last time you stayed there for 6 months or more in a row
• it is not for the country where you currently live

Dont worry, people from july and august 2019 file transfer are still waiting. They are sending requests randomly. No one knows when their turn is.

They give you a form with your IME #, doctor suppose to fill it and give you back. You can scan that form and send it to CIC.

The form was called 1017E.

Now I have no idea what the 'Summary' is which they will hand out after 10 days.

Where did ur parents go to for Medical? Lahore? My dad's medical is on Monday in Lahore. Let's see if gets the form if not I will upload the receipt with explanation letter.

On the tracker in the sample letter “PCC request PGP 2019 from NDVO.pdf “ it is written:

Police certificate : From each country where the residence period has been six month or longer since the age 18, provide an original police clearance certificate for you and your spouse.

But in same time on the tracker in Quick Links Police certificates (Update: March 19, 2018)

25 years ago I lived in Georgia, then I moved to live in another country and I continue to live there now. I can’t understand if I need PCC from Georgia?

The bulletin refers to Express Entry, Not the Parents and Grandparents program. as per CIC PCC request for PGP you have to provide PCC "From each country where the residence period has been six month or longer since the age 18,"

My parents gave the medical today but there was no receipt provided other than the payment receipt. When asked, the medical center said they will submit the results online themselves and at max you can get a summary of results after 10 days or so.

My case officer had asked for:

Medical: Complete or provide proof of completion of the Immigration medical examination x2. Instructions will follow. This must be received at this office by: 2020/XX/XX

Can I submit the payment receipt or should I only submit the summary?

We got this second lined added in the PA side of ECAS: we started processing XXX's application on Feb 11. Bio, medicial, PCC done one month ago.

Does it mean CPC-M started processing our application or it is transferred to the local office?
How could I find out where the local office is?

Transfer to Local VO and they started In process from Feb 11 2020 .
Call CIC to get your Local VO name for PR file. sometime CIC send email for Local VO transfer. I think you will soon get DM status for PR.

Yes, I got SA in July. This is for the PA side.
