Totally fake as are any job offers from hotels

No employer will pay for any one of accommodation, flights or even food. OR offer a job without an interview

You would never see any specific named person processing any visa applications and for sure never get a job offer that in effect guarantees a start date/visa issue date

The letter is much like a standard template used by scammers and in this case doesnt even mention where this hotel is supposed to be in Ontario

Do not share copies any documents or pay any money

Always keep in mind if looks too good to be true then it will be even more so during COVID times
