Can anyone tell me what to choose from "a new work permit or permit for a new employer" or "work permi for same employer" in the imm5710e form in order to bridge my open work permit in which I am already working as a full time. thanks

As it is an open work permit, select "a new work permit..."

Thanks for the response. Much appreciated. One more question, my work permit is going to expire by Apr 03, still I have 50 days to apply for bridge work permit, but i will collect and upload all the documents by end of this month(Feb), and then i will apply BOWP. My question is, is there any time limit that we need to apply bridge work permit within certain days? I hope it's enough to apply before work permit expires, is that right?? Thanks
