Visa refused twice for post graduate diploma

Hi!Everyone...Need some suggestions regarding student visa application in Canada..I applied for post graduate diploma programe at Lambton college,Toronto for (Computer Software and Database Development) course.

My visa was refused twice on the following grounds-

"I am not satisfied that you will leave canada at the end of your stay, based on the purpose of your visit".

Giving a basic overview about my profile so tht someone can guide me better.

Graduation- Btech(Comp. Science & Engg)- 72%aggregate

Ielts- 7 overall(Listening-8, Reading-7, Writing-6.5, Speaking-6.5).

You have an excellent record, i think you need to apply for university

I did even tht too earlier but i got rejection there..As nowadays universities in Canada have become very competitive.
I applied in 3 universities-
University of Windsor
Guelph University
Victoria University

Ouch. I agree university would have been better. I think you look into other Master's programs in Comp Sci or related subjects e.g. IT Security, Data Science.

You have intentions of remaining in Canada at the end of your stay and not leave Canada, therefore your visa was denied. You need to address that first

It looks like your SOP was not very convincing. When did you finish Btech? Did you explain post study career plans?

But this course is also related to what i have studied in my graduation.

I completed my btech in Sept 2019. I tried to clearly mention each aspect of my studies, my growth options, job prospects back in my country. I have also publisbed a research paper during my majors. In addition to tht i already had 3 on-campus job placements too.

I clearly mentioned in my SOP tht i have to take responsibility of my parents and we have immovable property too along with tht after getting upskilled i will be able to land a job opportunity in one of the IT giants.
What else could be there?

Yes it is related but almost anyone with any background can get into colleges, and the visa officers know that. If you were to get into a Master's then they would take your application more seriously.

I assume you are Indian so think of it like this. Would you approve someone who got approved into IIT Master's or some local college with a post diploma program?

explain in your SOP - why would you spend 7-8 times more money in Canada to study a program which is easily available in your home country? If you cant explain this then it only means that your purpose of visit is to apply for PR and stay in Canada permanently. thats why the huge investment.

Okay.. i would reconsider that thing also. One more thing is there tht since i was filing my visa under sds so i was not providing any sort of financial documents to them except the fee and gic receipt.. Do you think this could also backfire me?Showing my weak financial stability.

I can understand what you are trying to say.. but since i was rejected for masters from different universities thats why i opted for pgdm because of my low gpa..and the co-op option available in the program would also help me to get hands-on experience on the specific technology as i am not having any job experience yet..

since you are planning to reapply so you can submit proof of fund docs like employment letter, pay stubs, income tax return, etc.

Right now i think tht i should reapply only after i will see the reasons in my caips notes..maybe tht could give me better clarity on this...anyways thanks for your genuine advice.
