hopefully , I am April 2018 Applicant.

I did try to find about how long after ghost update, to except PPR or any communication but didn’t find any clear indication. Any idea ?

Sputum test involves two tests. You can find out the result from the first one the next day. The clinic that performed the test usually call to let you know. Now, the second part of the test called "Sputum Culture" takes two months to complete. The lab basically try to grow TB from the sputum for two months and see if there's any growth. If there's no growth, you will get a IME pass. Otherwise, they will call to let you know the result before the two month trial.

The ghost update was for ADR (PCC) request for one of the dependent.

And today there was a letter in my cic account about asking PCC.

Hello guys! My mom can't do her sputum culture test but she keep trying! She did that many times already. Our deadline of their medical is February 17 .. do i need to inform my Local Visa office about this or the clinic does that? Anybody had experienced like this before? Thank you ..

No. It's still 'In Process' for me.

Just one update on 'myCIC' stating "Your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start your background check."

Seems like the background checks are still pending. I'll wait … again.
