i have applied for canada study permit (online file). Then after 6 days i got message of passport request . I submit my passport to consultant on 6-2-2020 . Now what does it mean?? Is it 100 % sure that my visa is approved??. Because my consultant said it is 99% sure

Yes, pretty much. Unless you are international criminal, have a fake passport or some other factor you will probably get it!

It's not 100% till you actually get the passport back with the stamped visa.

It's likely you got it, but there are cases of passports being returned without the visa because they found a discrepancy.

Nothing you can do but wait - but it's likely that you will get the visa, so don't be too stressed.

7-10 days is normal.
