Im in a tough situation now.

i work in one of the big companies since june 2017. I can get experience letters as required by Canadian PR application guidelines.

But i also have 2 small part time jobs from University in 2016 (summer 2016) and fall 2016. One was paid hourly (avg 30 hrs per week) and the other was paid biweekly. Both these positions were in the same department in a different college than the one i studied in the university. Now the problem is, i was fired from the job because of some issues and even though HR is willing to give me a reference letter, they are not able to put in roles and responsibilities. My supervisor is refusing to open my email and respond to me because of a grudge he is holding.

What do i do? Please help as i got an ITA after I entered the 2 jobs along with my proper jobs after university in the application.

Im freaking out about this. Any help is welcome.

Thanks.

If your CRS is high enough, you can remove these 2 part times jobs from work history provided the recalculated CRS is still above the cut off line.

If not, you either need to gather as many supporting documents as you can for these 2 positions, e.g. reference letters from your other coworkers, etc and hope for the best, or decline the ITA, edit your profile and wait for next round.

I currently have a CRS score of 475. This score is not high enough to easily remove the 2 jobs.

I have 2 questions:
1. If i remove the 2 jobs, will I get an updated CRS number before I submit an application by the system? Or do I have to use the CRS calculator.
If I use the calculator its showing me 450 without the 2 jobs. Thats because my work ex will be 2 years then instead of 3 even though in reality I have 2 years 7 months. The 2 jobs were 3 months part time and 4 months part time each. Also there was a break of 4 months between those jobs and the current full time job.
2. If I submit the letters you suggested and the PR gets rejected, can I apply for it again in a fresh application?

Thank you for your prompt response. :)
