Hello All!

My boss wrote a reference letter for me and I need help with identifying my duties with the noc code. Here is what she placed for my duties.

1. Manage all assigned customer & warehouse accounts. Assist with onboarding of newer accounts.
2. Perform administrative work and data entry related to any of assigned clients, and or other tasks as requested by supervisors.
3. Assist in cross training newer employees on processes and customers.
4. Scheduling of in & outbound activity for any client's business in assigned warehouses. Problem solve with respect to required planning for both client and warehouse.
5. Responsible for managing, scheduling, tracking all in or out activity, including inventory, and billing related to respective accounts.
6. Oversees all scheduling of both inbound activities in or out of warehouses with transportation companies, and client alike

▪Perform outbound calls to current, former and prospective customers advertising the products and services available at Fairstone.
▪Provide customers with information on the features and benefits of lending products and answer all questions customers may have
▪Manage the loan application process over the phone with the customer by completing a loan application and reviewing credit worthiness
▪Refer qualified customers to local Fairstone branch offices to complete the loan process
▪Manage early stage past due accounts for the purpose of updating customers financial situation and presenting an appropriate solution when available.
