Please some one should help with an answer can my wives work place issue her an income statement? And what does it looks like she started working in October and planning to sponsor me this month the sample I have has ADP written on it with her pay slip and hours work but it’s just for since she started working in her new place ... please I want to know if this is the right and appropriate document and if it must be for a year and if it’s the same thing with a notice of assessment.

She can get an employment letter from her place of work. It can state her rate of pay, employers do these letters often. It should state her hire date as well.

If you cannot provide a Notice of Assessment for the previous taxation year then she can ask her employer for a ' letter of employment '.
Use the letter along with paystubs for proof of employment.
Okay she has the employment letter with income statement is that good for the sponsorship

Yes. I would try to get the notice of assessment or option c form from CRA but that should be ok
