@andy108 I think my case is a bit different. I did biometrics for BOWP on 01/21 and again for PR on 01/29. IRCC page shows biometrics from 01/21 so, I raised a webform. Hoping they will confirm biometrics are received for PR application as well then I can ignore status -'Your action is required'.It does take time sometime.
