ICT visa claiming job offer 50 points help needed

Hi I have 1-year work experience in ICT visa and applied for PR claiming 50 points for job offer

• I have kept job offer I got when I moved to Canada it mention all my duties and stating I will be employed on a full time basis
• Employment letter stating I have worked more than 1 year in Canda.

Recently I am seeing many rejections stating there should be a letter stating I will be employed at least 1 year after getting PR. Is this needed for ICT visa also?

If somehow I can get a letter like that from HR can I upload this to my PR application via webform?
