Yup, Called Last week. Agent confirmed that Eligibility, BG and even Security is marked "passed" and under finalization. Usually people receive PPR the next day of Security clearance. I am getting so impatient now.

Is it true that usually the second ghost update (one after your MEP) is the last one before one gets PPR? Its been more than a week that I got my second ghost update.

Yes CEC Inland.I ordered my gcms on 30th of January.

No, for inland, sometimes second GU is for eligibility passed. The next one will be final( you will get ppr either on same day or another day) but sometimes ppr email appears without any ghost update too.

Ordered gcms notes on January 30, 2020, (still waiting on it).

PPR mail: February 4th, 2020.

So I don't know if this is a PPR mail or not, but we finally recieved a letter in our online application that we need to send our passports alongside our pictures to Ottawa to issue "Confirmation of Permanent Residence and, if
applicable, permanent residence visa."
Our online application however is not on final decision, it's still the same thing. Is this PPR letter that people are waiting for?

applicable, permanent residence visa."
Our online application however is not on final decision, it's still the same thing. Is this PPR letter that people are waiting for?

Congrats. That's PPR.
They will approve your PR once passport is received. Maybe in week or two.

Ghost update last week

PPR which means passport request. So if they requested your passport which means ppr.
