Hi There

have got LMIA from an employer,
LMIA no. 8531705
CRA business no. 755399086RP0001
JOB title cook

it has got every information like job title, job type and responsibilities, wages etc. but have not got starting time.

just wondering if it is genuine or fake?

can someone please help me out?

likely fake. Are they promising free accommodations, free flights, lots of vacation time, high salary. How did you find this job? Are you being asked for payment? Post the information and we will tell you.

Appreciate your reply, but nothing is like that. as a cook they are offering me $23.10/hrs. no free accommodation and air fair, I guess we accrue 4 weeks vacation if we work for whole year.
forgot to mention NOC code is 6322.

Hard to comment. 4 weeks vacation is the only thing pretty unusual.
