If its 471 I wouldn't recommend updating your profile. If the cut-off is again 471, you might loose your turn in queue.
You can just go for the IELTS though, if you get better score, then update the profile. Or else can use the old result.

As far as I know after editing the profile we have submit button and upon clicking that it takes time to calculate new score. From the process itself, to me, it looked re-submission when I did last week. But as you can see I am a newbie here. You would definitely know better than me.
