Called MIFI, they told me my csq is issued i should receive it soon. Now all i can do is wait for medicals/pcc

That’s why federal process for all Quebec applicants is delayed, a CSQ doesn’t mean that the federal process will be initiated.

The Department is currently processing applications received up to:

- September 16, 2019 for a spouse, common-law partner or dependent child;
- October 17, 2019 for other family members.

Wait time information is updated regularly.

I already received PCC back in Sep 2019.

I called MIFI today. The same as you. Application received Oct 2 and AOR Oct 9. Still in process and reviewing.
The agent replied this is normal.
