Hi Guys,

I got job offer in Saskatchewan last year, I applied for work permit as a skilled worker to have it faster going to Canada while im waiting for my SINP approval. Unfortunately my work permit application was denied for several times. Suddenly, i got my SINP approval and it's telling me that if i need to work with the company prior of my permanent visa I may need to apply for work permit. I was just worried since i got denial for several times. Is there any chances that i may get my work permit approval now with SINP certification. Hope somebody can help me on this.. Thanks in advance.

Hi prettycool,

In my knowledge, you were denied for a work permit because you should have an LMO from Saskatchewan. But the LMO can be waived in replace of the SINP nomination. And now that you are SINP nominated already, you can now apply for working visa prior to permanent resident visa. That is what I did right now and waiting for the result of my working visa.

Hi Can you please suggest me a way, I also have the nomination from SINP under International Skilled worker program can you suggest me how did you proceed further ? Should I be applying for work Visa and PR both concurrently ?
What about dependents ? How will they come along with me?
Please Answer me as soon as possible
IS THERE ANYTHING LIKE "TO ACCEPT THE NOMINATION LETTER" ?
