Sponsor side

Applicant side

Hi did anyone receive AOR1 today, I'm November 21st applicant haven't received Aor yet.

1. Sponsor side ECAS should show ‘Decision Made’ that’s your SA and it will be confirmed with the email notification.
2. PA side ECAS should show ‘application received’ when the file move to another VO. After medicals are passed, PA side says they started processing application
Example:
We started processing *******’s application on Feb 1st, 2020
This is also considered as AOR2

Our application doesn't have Sponsor and Applicant side in ECAS. Only applicants and on the right side it says "In process". When does the other side appear? When they approve the Sponsor?
The more I read things here the more I'm getting worried what's happening with our application...

Don’t worry. When you enter the details in ECAS, try with the sponsor’s details. Both PA and sponsor sides will show up

We haven't received SA, Bio or Med as yet but it shows "in process" on both sides. Does this means SA was approved despite not receiving notice of it by email or mail?
Line 2 shows AOR1 which we received via email. Is line 3 AOR2 ?

I'm still learning/understanding this process. Can someone explain

Don’t worry. When you enter the details in ECAS, try with the sponsor’s details. Both PA and sponsor sides will show up

Looks like you got it right. That’s how it shows. When you click on each status either Sponsor or principal applicant you will see the updates.

Nope, nothing yet.
I don't know if we should call and ask if they got that document although I sent it "signature required" mail and it shows they signed it.

More updates will show up under ECAS permanent residence side when you receive Biometrics and medical requests. You AOR notification indicates that they have your files and they are processing.

Thank you! Oh and one more thing that just crossed my mind.
When I log in to GCKey the only application that it shows is for Permanent Residency, not the Sponsorship. That's what we got when we linked it.
Can you see Sponsorship application in GCKey or? I believe we got only one UCI because we applied for two things with one application.
I'm sorry if I'm asking silly questions but it's all so confusing now and we don't want to miss something...
