BC PNP, BOWP, Implied Status, and Laid Off

Hi there,

• I have a BC PNP nomination
• My EE-CEC application is in progress
• I have also applied for a BOWP

Sadly, I was laid off my job and have informed BC PNP about this. They didn't say too much but the expectation is that I get a new job under the same NOC, inform them once this has happened, and send in Job Offer form, business license etc. The email states that they will then issue a new work permit support letter (which they did the first time round, but I didn't need it as I applied for EE and BOWP).

I have an Open Work Permit that expires on Feb 20th. Am I right in assuming that because I have a BOWP application in progress, I will be under implied status after Feb 20th? It's very confusing!
