PGWP and study permit extension

I need a urgent response . I applied my study permit extension on oct 11th and my was approved on January 24th and will be again expired on 22nd February . I have to apply for PGWP but my transcript will come near 27 February and my can't provide my transcript before 22nd February. So what can I do now in this situation. Should I have to apply for one more study permit extentio And when transcript will come then apply for work permit at POE or Online. Or apply for Work permit now with unofficial transcript , and update CIC later for official transcript

You should consult immigration advisor at your school.
Definitely don't apply without required documents you could be rejected regardless of what you submit later.
Also don't do flagpole on implied status you could be refused entry into Canada.

Yes I consultant my situation with immigration consultant he give me these three option
apply for study permit extention
And when transcript will come then apply for work permit at POE or Online
Or third option apply for Work permit now with unofficial transcript , and update CIC later for official transcript

You should apply without official transcript, you could always provide unofficial transcript as an additional document! If the officer working on your file feels the need to see you official transcript, they will request it before making a decision on your application! Thanks!

Ps. You don’t need to have an official transcript to apply for a PGWP, a graduation letter from school is suffice! Hope you get it!
