is sending in the latest imm5669 without it being validated for sponsorship ok, are u applications will be returned? i send the latest one without validate i jus hand sign the form

I had called IRCC before and asked this question. If they find any forms not validated, they said that they will most likely return your application. Even if you include a written explanation as to why you weren’t able to validate the form(s).

i understand that but the latest imm5669 form does not come with a validated option the previous ones have it, so must we use the latest form are not

You need to use the form that’s linked directly from the spousal sponsorship page (not search the form). The spousal version is the older one and has the ability to validate.

I almost got caught with that search madness. One has the 'E' the other does not. We have to use the one from the kit that can be validated. Sigh
