Just got the Ready for Visa email. AOR April 09 2019, got a request for another medical on Jan 10th 2020, Medical Done Jan 27th 2020, Medical Passed Jan 29th 2020, PPR email Jan 30th, 2020.

long wait no update.
Reached out to MP Maninder Sidhu on January 6th and he pushed IRCC for my file.

you can go anytime on any day for this border (Only niagara fall has special timing)

you could go earlier to avoid traffic but overall is not that long ...i get it done in 15 mins at Canadian side (Wednesday noon)

Hi all,
There was a GU today after 8months of almost nothing.
The GU was about the medicals.
The status my the medicals has changed from 'Medicals passed on -------.' to 'You do not need a medical exam. We will send a message if this changes.'
I hope this is some good news and something to hope for. Anyone has a similar message?

Got remedical request today!
I did my medical last march 2019.
1 year is not completed yet and they have requested medical examination again.
Dont know how long will i have to wait as now they have requested remedicals. so they will have one year validity for that now.

Same boat, i got medicals passed on my application 28 Jan.

Did you get the remedicals as a message in you profile? I did not get any requests yet. My medical status just shows You do not need a medical exam. We will send a message if this changes. Did your medical status change in the profile like mine before getting the remedicals request?
