how do you link your application on the portal? there does not seem to be an option for 'new citizenship application' under the citizenship subcategory. its either for 'proof of citizenship' or 'search citizenship'.......

....and under ECAS, which option should we select for searching the application? I tried with the application number and client id (UCI) but it didn't return any results.

Use UCI number which is on the front of the PR card
Last name,
Rest as in the desired format regarding date month year its dd/mm/yyyy
Place of birth is Country (Select from drop down)

Hope it helps.

You should get an email with AOR attachment . The info will show up only when in system most probably next day/when updated.

you mailed the package on nov 14 with normal mail , without courier tracking number?

I mailed package regular mail without any tracking no I was worried but canada post regular mail is still reliable

This new date is per ECAS ...which is weird...because as per Canada post, it was Nov 1st

For some reason I took a look at the application form today and realized that I did not fill section 5, that asked about list of names. I have filled that part correctly and resent the package with a cover letter explaining what happened. Hoping it gets delivered 6th or 7th of October. Application received today, November 6th. Please update.
