My application is on 24/1/2019
Receiving the letter for paying RPRF on 13/8/2019 and pay it on 29/8/2019, until now I am not received any more letter. Please let me know what should i do now please? Thanks

I'm a March appliquant and they've told me the same. My efile hasn't been opened yet.
just wait ... in my understanding and knowledge from the stats and what I have read on Quebec immigration website.... we can’t do anything ! Because Quebec government reduced the quota for PR applicants under spousal category as well for 2019 that’s why there is a backlog of application and on average it’s taking 15-16 months. You may expect some updates in feb according to that estimated time.
Yeah !! Seems like we need few more weeks of patience until either they send us medical requests or atleast open our files in the eMedical system.

it seems march applicants are waiting for a long time. However, when I look at the timeline, i see few qc applicants who got their application approved in less than 12 months. Is it true if the relationship (marriage) is more than 2 years, it's faster?
i don’t think so... ours is older than 2 years and we have a baby together who is now 13 months old
I am march applicant and stuck here with the rest!!! So my observation and personal experience says that if someone got approved faster then the credit goes to his case officier who processes the file faster and approved before the quota reached to its limit in July 2019.
Since July we all are stuck at the same stage which is the “post CSQ” stage.

emedical still not yet open for me. so still waiting on that
Hopefully, they will start processing them soon
Looks like quebec applicants from Oct 2018 are now getting their PR. so i would assume 4-5 months more

I had to push back my medical exam due to the flu. But as I know my medical file is open I'll be good to go even without imm1017.
