No I have not gotten my AOR. My application was received Jan 3, 2020 and with the trend, the average timeline to receive AOR is around 3 months max

Mine is SINP paper base, received on 4th Nov 2019, Still waiting for AR. For your case, Keep calling them in earlier morning.

I called 1-888-242-2100 in Ontario time around 10am/11am/2pm/3pm. Under change of address option, the machine said I could press 2 to speak to an agent. But after I press 2, the machine said no such option.
May I know is there opportunity that I can speak with a real ppl? I’ll try tomorrow at Ontario time 8am then.
