need an advice please! nomination expiring soon

Hi there,
Could someone help me please. I have applied for Manitoba nominee program last july 19,2019. and my representative did not email me my nomination it was sent by mpnp last august 26 and the expiry for nomination is on feb 21,2020. I did not know that I have it already until I emailed them.
My question is:
Can i still apply for permanent residence before my nomination expire on feb 21, 2020 or do i need to renew my nomination with mpnp? I have all my requirements ready for PR and I think I can send it through cic from feb 11-15 roughly?

Yes you can mail the pr application right now as soon as possible. If they received application before nomination expires you will be fine .

No you don’t need to . But it’s always good to attach and tell them truth. Make sure they receive application before your nomination expires. Also be careful with signing the form of application while sending
