Hi There.

the application asks if the sponsor was also sponsored. I moved here as a child, family class, so I would assume I check yes... but I want to be 100% certain before I do.

Were you sponsored or were you included as a dependent? Did you become a PR at the same time as your family?

I was included as a dependant with my family.

Then you weren't sponsored. Sponsorship is when a Canadian citizen or PR sponsors their family members.
