I don't know how because I have a lawyer he has access on it . Also I never try to link account because I don't want to affect on his job .
Once you logged in to your GCKey account click on "link my application" and then follow these steps:
Category : Permanent Residence
Sub-Category : Family Class (spouses)
For me I used the Application number and Family name option (application# and family name for the principal applicant) .
and then i entered place of birth details for the principal applicant ( city and country of birth)
then i entered where the principal applicant intend to live in Canada as i entered in my forms (province,city ) and current marital status in my case is "married".
Finally , i chose number of applicants that are part of this application as 2 (i.e the principal applicant and the sponsor). this is the tricky part i guess i count my self (sponsor) as part of the application.
i hit search for my application and i found it.
you can try 5 times every day if you failed they will block you for 24 hours.

No need to Panic, most applicants who's their application forwarded to Amman visa office received their medical letter with 3 month. Your application "In Process" that mean an Officer opened it and nothing missing or nothing need to be worry about otherwise they will notify you. you are in the Queue now and once your turn come your application will be processed fast. Just be patient and try to distract yourself with something else until you hear something.
Our applications are officially in process so i belive its only matter of time and all of us will hear good and positive news Inshallah.

I told them i am worried about my husband's safety in Syria and of he should just move to Jordan Amman and wait.. they said that and they said they can't rush application because all their applicants are in vulnerable situation in Syria, iraq, Lebanon etc...
I see, looks like amman visa office is busy, because Syria, Lebanon,Iraq,Palestine and jordan are processing in amman, i hope they consider to forward applications to other visa offices to prevent any delays. I checked few thread and i noticed some applicants from Bagladesh and UAE are forwarded to amman office as well this will lead to a lot of backlogs.
As they said in GCKey account "Most of the progress on your application happens closer to your estimated completion date." we just need to wait,

Thank you. I will try to log i to GCkey account and see if i can link. Hopefully works. And that's bad. I hope they transfer some files somewhere else. Yes try and link your application, you will see more information regarding your application on GCKey account more than ECASE. Aslo you can upload any requested documents from CIC easily.
I have checked CIC website and was closed for a while during the unstable situation that happened before but now i belive the office open again.
