First one, you need to be sure why you are coming to Canada. The VO maybe saw you were not a genuine student. You can have a strong SOP showing your clear goals and how the diplome, cert or degree will help you in your country.

Employment situtation mmmh, what did you tell the VO about your employment?

Personal assest and financial status, you need to show enough money to take care of 1 year tuition, housing, your husband and your kid

I have a BA degree in Law in Albania and I have applied on a 3 year course in Montreal in Paralegal. Also I have a degree in Political Science in Albania, and a MA in EU Policy Making in Italy. So this certificate helps me a lot being that it is the same line of studies... Mostly because in my country, having so many problems in justice field, there are taking some reforms in the field of law and justice. With the support of the European Union and USA government they are taking reforms in the system of justice because there are so many corrupted judges , lawyers , prosecutors and they are selecting and replacing this group of corrupted people with other persons having study in the field of Law mostly in the Western countries.

Employment situation mmmh, what did you tell the VO about your employment?
I have presented a letter from my Employer emphasizing that there is always a place for me in the company after I get back from my studies in Canada.

I really don't know how much do I need to show for all of my family. In fact in my account I have nearly 40.000 CAD, where 11.000 CAD are for the first year of the college, and the rest is for one year of staying in Canada. My question is how much do I need to show them that I do possess in my account? Do I need to add any other financial supporter like brother or sister or cousins that own a business etc. And if so do they have to live in Canada or else? (My sisters live in Paris, while cousin in USA and all of them are ready to support me just in case.

Thank you for your prompt reverts...
Greetings from sunny Albania

Now Isee, I presume you have 2 degrees right? and you opt to take certificate. You have to explain to VO why since you could have opt for master program instead. Hence, purpose of visit. Create a stronger SOP explaining why the program and how it will benefit you since you already have 2 degrees.

Did you mention problem with justice in your country? I guess that what led to Employment situation. or, how the certificate will benefit you knowing that having law program in huge countries such as USA, Canada and Australia etc can be beneficial compare to your country. Explain how the certificate will help.

For financial purpose, you could show the source of 40,000 Canadian dollars with documentation. Whose money does it belong to? show the proof of the source such as employment letter like pay stub, sponsor letter or bank statement.

I got denied the visa based on the same subsection. I have reapplied again with a different SOP and now waiting for the result.

Did you eventually get the visa?

As long as the different SOP has some changes made, you should not worry at all.

Yeah, basically I have added one more paragraph indicating my plans back home after graduation and those plans were laid out with information about the department I want to study in. I hope they read it all
