I applied WP under LMIA exemption under GSS stream. NOC 4011

I have applied for work permit of can. biometric done on 2nd jan . Cic send me mail that my result does verify when authentication was with authorities. But they have concerns regarding to ielts score. They give me 30 days to response to this . What should I do to prove cic that this result and band score is genuine . I will be thankful for your advise.
