OWP expiring soon! need help pls!

Hi there,
Me and my husband came here as Working Holiday visa from Australia.. and have open work permit for 2 years. then applied for ainp program, got the nomination. then applied for Permanent resident under pnp program non express entry LMIA exempt. on Nov. 25, 2019 and the extension for open work permit last December 10, 2019 and both have not heard anything yet. Our current open work permit will expire in Feb 15, 2020.

My question is:
What will happen after our visa expire?
Do we stop working, wait for the new permit? or we can continue working as long as we stay here in Canada?

No, you don't have to stop working. You will have Implied Status and can continue working while waiting on a decision on the extension apps.
