How to change visa office?

Hi guys. I applied the HCCP here in KSA and received my AOR this January but my contract here in KSA will end this march. I’m planning to change my visa office from ksa to philippines. But I don’t know how. Please help me.

You update your address when you move. IRCC may or may not change your visa office based on that.
