Options for someone with CRS: 456?

I am 27 years old, CLB 10, Master's degree and have 2 years of work experience. What can do to increase my CRS?

Option 1 is to wait until October to increase my work experience to 3 years to get CRS 481. I'm worried that it's a long period and the cut off might keep going higher like it has for the past 2 years.

Option 2 is to try for PINP. I don't have a lot of idea about how that works but my understanding is that it is usually for professions like nursing or trucking, or if you already have a job offer.

Can anyone advise me on this, please?

I am in the exact same situation.

I think we can only keep hoping that it wont hit the ceiling so soon and shoot the cut off's to 480's.

What is your NOC? See which provinces have your NOC in their in-demand list, because it is definitely not only nursing and trucking. There are many in-demand NOCs for each province and if your NOC is one of them you might get a PNP.

I am doomed in that case because my NOC is not very "in-demand" in any of the provinces and not exactly popular for getting PNP.

You could also try french to increase your scores.

1121 - HR Professionals

This occupation is in-demand for New Brunswick and Saskatchewan. At this time I am not aware of the process for NB, however SK has a set process in place where you need to get 60 out of 100 points to be eligible to be nominated (usually very easy if you have 5 years+ work experience). Their last cut-off was 69.

Thanks for sharing that. It seems that Manitoba too has 1121 as an in-demand occupation. I couldn't find any of these on an official website, but there are a bunch of private links on google that seem to share the list.

I haven't really looked into what getting a PNP without a job offer involves since I was expecting to get an ITA without one. Do you think it would be better to wait till October to get a CRS of 481, on account of increased work exp, or go through the paperwork of a PNP? I ask this because Manitoba, NB and Sakatchewan are sparsely populated provinces with rather harsh climates.
