I applied 3rd time canada student visa last month. But it was refused again.

reason is


I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.
• Your planned studies do not appear reasonable when considering the relative availability, quality and affordability of ESL education in Sri Lanka.

My question is, If i got 5.5 in IELTS I don’t need to study ESL ,
So, In future if i got more than 5.5 in IELTS will my visa be rejected then?

1. You will find it difficult to find any public college or University that will accept you with a 5.5. in IELTs, so I assume you intend to attend a private school. Let us know what school and what program and your academic background to see if there is a way for you to go forward.

Basically you need to explain why ESL in Sri Lanka is not adequate that you need to come to Canada. Fair question if you didn't explain properly. Sri Lankans are known to speak English fairly decently

Yeah

ESL can be taken in pretty much any country. There is no real reason to have to come to Canada to do ESL, hence why apps are usually refused. If you want to study here, you should improve your English proficiency in your own country and then apply for an actual college/university program here.
