But a few of these relatives e.g. aunt-in-law and her son live outside SK and I we're using her certificates as proof of relationship to daughter in law who lives in SK. she is supporting our application. Wouldn't we need to include her details and her son's details too as our other relatives living in Canada since we are using their documents?

My first application was denied because I did not maintain the settlement fund for 3 months prior to application and I did not submit sufficient supporting documents for my work experience.

Please find below my letter of explanation I want to attach for this new ITA submission to SINP:

LETTER OF EXPLANATION

Settlement Fund Explanation

I have attached proof of settlement fund showing that the fund was maintained for more than 3 months before this application.

Work Experience Explanation

Further to SINP encouragement for me to reapply when my circumstances changes to where I can provide sufficient document for all my OASIS POINTS, I did the following:

Please note I removed First employer from my application because they do not have a website and did not issue sufficient supporting documents requested by SINP.

Further, my current employer had name changes prior to 2015. Hence for work experience, I made this second SINP application from 2015 (when they started using the current name) to 2019. This was to avoid any confusion that might arise when I submit supporting documents that carry their previous names.

Although the above reasons made me suffer reduction in my OASIS score, I now made an application where I have sufficient documents for all MY OASIS POINTS.

Did they mentioned in your ineligible letter that your company does not have website.

I revived the ITA for SINP on 27 Nov and planning to file my application by tomorrow.

Queries:

1. WES has evaluated my MSc Biotech degree as “Post Graduate Diploma”. I have claimed points for Masters degree as there is no option to put 2 or more degrees here. Was I correct in doing this?

2. I don’t have a govt proof for my previous work experience, however, all other documents are in place. Is Govt document mandatory?

3. POF: Funds are Fixed deposit receipts starting from a month back(major chunk). I do have Mutual funds SIPs. Would these work or will I have to find other funds to show?

Also, what is the tentative timeline after submitting the application to get the certificate?
