I also applied on 9th Dec under SDS. no update after bio-metrics yet. they haven't even responded to my webform. God knows when there ll be any update.

yeah. so frustrating it is. anyways i dont exactly remember the date but i send two webforms. 1st was 3 weeks back and 2nd one I sent approx 1 week back. no response for any of the webform. got my deferral for the next intake. God knows when they are going to respond.
I also sent them on 14 January they replied me on 19 January. I also had to defer to September intake. I dont know either what they’re upto. They should respond by now it’s quite some time now.
I have been issued a visa due to late issuance of visa i have deferred till next intake. Currently the deffered program is same as one at the time i applied for visa but if i want to get that program changed now within same college will it create any issue for study permit issuance when i'll reach Canada?
No issue at all you can change your program. Once your program changed inform IRCC with your new LOA so they will also update in their system
Please answer to my query, i'll be wanting to change program from Certificate to Post Graduate am i still allowed to within same college? Would be really very thankful as i'm quite confused about the situation.
