AOR May 21st, still waiting at CB01126 for no reason....just no one touching my file even the officer leave a note

I got my PPR in Jan 22.... 8 months of processing time

I will say it is relatively fast in this office

My partner's file has also been allocated to this agent, his AOR is Oct 8, MeP - Oct 22, we just received his GCMS notes saying eligibility met, criminality passed but security not yet started as of November 2019. Just hope VO Sydney picks up the pace. He was FWS inland, but now it's outland, and has had 2 GU so far

Hi Guys, I am new member of "eligibility not met" club. I had a personal loan which I availed long ago and I disclosed to IRCC during the submission of my application. They've deducted my loan outstanding and credit card due from PoF. Then I closed the loan and sent the updated poF documents through webform. Its been 5 months since AoR. No ADR/PFL till date. Hope they dont reject outright.

I have a serious question here . Need help from all you guys who received or have not received PPR. I read my gcms notes and the status is Eligibility: Met ,Criminality: passed and security: not started. Vo CIO sydney
I noticed that the gcms notes says:

Application assignment
Assigned to :CB01126
Assigned by : TM20***

Now i have read in other post that whoever is assigned this person CB01126 , takes around 8-10 months for processing. Was this case just last year and has now resumed with normal processing times or is it still the same. Other important question is, this CB01126 is some department or a person? .Because i feel that if it was a person why would CIC not work on it seeing so many delays.
Please reply if in your waiting time you have learned something or if something can help me in getting this result faster.

I am PNP Ontario candidate. treated in Sydney VO.
AOR : 30-Sep-19
MVF : 16-Oct-19

After requesting my GCMS, I figured out my eligibility is RR since November because of the monthly injected amounts in my account.
I attached my salary slip for the whole duration (two months back), But since that time still no update.

is it normal ?

I think I got a Ghost update. When I opened the morning, I found something like Profile update instead of Submit.
Inside my profile no change, once I logged back, it came back to Submit.

I sent today Webform to get clarification about it.
