My status is still Assessing since 8th January, do you guys have any idea when will it be changed? I am eagerly waiting for status change

Finally, my status has been changed to "Final Review" on 22nd Jan. When can i expect the fluctuation? so i can download the report.

what is this trick everyone is talking about? how and when to use?

I am not able to tag that post here so here is the details I copied from original post

The trick.....
People in fluctuation stage you just need to right click on final review and copy link

In the link change Document/DownloadApplicationForm/ to Document/DownloadApplicationFormFromPortal?id=and paste in browser, make sure you are signed into your account before

eg. if link is https://iqas.labour.alberta.ca/FACS/Document/DownloadApplicationForm/e7e42310-a21d-e911-80e6-005056666d03

change it to https://iqas.labour.alberta.ca/FACS/Document/DownloadApplicationFormFromPortal?id=e7e42310-a21d-e911-80e6-005056666d03

and paste it in your browser. Click go and the report will be downloaded, which is 99.9% same as the final report.

Dear Rajapanesar

with your help and guidance I was able to download the report. you are an amazing person with great advice all the time. My indian 3 year GNM study got evaulated as 3 year post secondary diploma with focus in general nursing and midwifery. On report it shows the date 17 jan. do you have any idea when i should receive the report in courier?

when I open my IQAS account.and click on view status. Staus shows that completed for few second once again it disappears and come to final review .what is this? if it is really completed,how can i download my report?

It is the fluctuation stage. Now you can use the trick.

Around two and half months after the date of application received. Your final review will be in last week of feb

Does your downloaded report contains signature of the authorities too?
And your both education details mentioned ?

It does not have any signature. Yes it has both bachelor n masters.

I finally got my ECA!!! all thanks to @amyth.india, who's incredible!!

My timeline :
Application Date:- November 5th 2018.
Application and Transcripts delivered in the same package:13th November 2018.
AOR1 and AOR2: 12th February 2019
Assessing 7th March 2019.
Final Review 8th March 2019.
Fluctuation between Complete and Final Review. 8th April 2019
Results: Master of Business Administration

PS: For those who are seeking help between the final review and complete phase (flicker/fluctuation on access account) , i suggest you contact amyth.india asap and help yourself save some time. Its a perfectly legitimate way of downloading your report, and for those who are curious around the workaround, its a modification to the link address of your account which @amyth.india will help you out with.
