Hey Guys, I have a question. CIC has asked for additional documents, how do I send those? Is it via a Case inquiry or by mail? I also noticed that you cannot upload more than one document from the GC KEY account.

When I spoke to them over the phone regarding our background check documents, they said you can use both methods. However, submitting it online is the quickest way to deliver it and have it processed. The agent said mail may add more time the the overall process. So I recommend submitting them via the Case Specific Enquiry form online! Good luck!

BGC started in GC key I dont know exactly when but I guess Nov 5
CIC received my application on June 25 did medical on Oct 30 passed on Nov 3th

My application was received on June 25th.
Medical passed on Dec 3rd and I suppose my BGC started on Dec 23rd because that's when they changed it to "we are processing your BGC". Nothing after that

If you login through ECAS (using the Principal Applicant’s credentials) it should tell you when BGC started:
“we started processing [PRINCIPAL APPLICANTS NAME]’s application on [DATE]”

It’s possible that not everyone is able to see when the BGC started...

My BGC started date says 10 Jan, same day as SA and AIP was received.

Still waiting on Halifax office for an interview date.

Yeah i'm waiting too, still haven't got SA/DM/AIP or anything, i've had a ghost update but that was about it. I don't even know what office will take me because i'm Northern Ontario....so who knows where i'll be going.
