Hi thereGet a job with a designated employer, work with them for like a year and apply through AISPP
Depend on which AIPP stream are you target to and your work experience as well. If you are a Atlantic Univ/college graduated student then YES. if you are not a graduated student and had 1 year (in the last 3 years) working experience in the same job duties then YES. otherwise, you have to wait until you gain 1 year work experience then start to trigger the process includes getting Provincial Endorsement and PR.Hi there
If I get the job offer in Halifax can I apply my PR ASAP with a Job offer or do I have to work until my job confirmation ?
Please advise thank you

if you have been working for 1560 hrs or more in the last 3 years accumulatively (does not have to be continuously), for 1 or more employers (does not have to be 1 employer, and does not have to be the one that offering you the job for AIPP) with the scope of work as of the NOC job that you are about to work with the offering employer, then you can apply now.II'm traget on Nova Scotia as I'm Graduated from Ontarion currently with PGWP and i have over 10 years work experience
It is a 2 stages process in which your employer will have to be more proactive in the 1st stage and you will have to be in the 2nd. your employer has to apply for provincial Endorsement. once the employer got the Endorsement letter from NS, then you can apply for PR.Can I apply PR with a job offer or do I have to wait until employer confirmation?
