Transcript issue - post graduation work permit

Hello everyone
The problem is I have the official transcript but it says on left of the registrar signature the transcript is official and valid only if received in envelope with seal unbroken and accompanied by signature of the registrar?
And there’s just another one on website which doesn’t have the sign or such statement, which one to submit.

I suggest official. As, that's the official document. That statement is generic for university transfer, assessment etc.

well I don’t mind submitting that, but the thing is hope they don’t have problem with such a statement. Valid only if received in envelope?

I have a letter that confirms graduation on the website with the registrar’s sign
So just curious, and want to submit the correct document..

You have everything you need i think. They will send you a message if they are not happy with what you gave and ask again. But in my experience you are good.
