Do you guys think I should get a Provincial Nomination? I haven't been recruited but I need to improve my score.

The CRS score range being targetted for OINP's latest tech draw was 460-472. You will have to bump your score to at least 460+ to be eligible for a NOI from Ontario. You can check what other Provinces are offering. Also, understand that you need to prove ties to the Province from which you are seeking a nomination.

Do I have to relocate to the province I receive nomination from? so basically I can't apply for nomination unless..

Buddy I think you should seek the help of a consultant. Maybe you are over or under calculating. You either dedicate A LOT of your time researching the bits and pieces or use professional help. Wish you all the best.

Either you haven't given enough timenfor it to update of you answered a question wrong in that section, probably the "more than 50% English or French as a second language" question.
